To add a new blog post, follow these steps:

1. Copy the template file posts/template.html to a new file in the posts/ directory with a descriptive name (e.g., posts/implementing-aiops-solutions.html)
2. Customize the content of the copied template with your blog post content
3. Create a folder in posts/ with the same name for any post-specific assets (e.g., posts/implementing-aiops-solutions/assets/images/)
4. Update this index.html file to include a link to the new blog post by copying and modifying the template in the comments
5. Commit and push the changes

The template includes all necessary styling, Google Analytics integration, and code highlighting functionality. The blog post will automatically be deployed to GitHub Pages.
